Пашинян вернулся на улицы Еревана

Премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян в субботу (24 ноября) вернулся на улицы Еревана, мобилизуя народную поддержку блока «Мой шаг», в преддверии парламентских выборов, запланированных на 9 декабря.

Опросы общественного мнения, опубликованные на этой неделе, говорят, что политический альянс Пашиняна, вероятно, наберет около 70% на предстоящих выборах, подтвердив собственную личную популярность премьер-министра, а также поддержку радикальных реформ, которые он инициировал.

Возвращаясь на улицы, Пашинян напоминает людям о его чрезвычайной мобилизации армянского народа весной, которая ознаменовала мирный переход к новому правительству, а некоторые говорят также о совершенно новом способе везти политику в этой республике Южного Кавказа. Несмотря на то, что правительство, которое Пашинян возглавлял с мая, еще не выполнило ряд важных вопросов, его стиль правления и простые, но эффективные связи с людьми сохранили популярность премьер-министра на всей территории страны.

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has called for the immediate release of all political prisoners in Georgia in a declaration adopted during the Assembly’s 32nd annual session held in Porto, Portugal on 3 July. The declaration expressed alarm over the developments since the parliamentary elections held on 26 October last year including reports of arbitrary detentions, violence and ill-treatment of protesters, opposition leaders and media representatives, as documented by civil society organizations and the Public Defender of Georgia. The declaration also called for new elections to be held in Georgia.
