Лидер грузинской оппозиции рассказал о планах достучаться до широких масс

Давид Бакрадзе, лидер грузинской оппозиционной партии "Европейская Грузия", рассказал о планах своей партии достучаться до широких масс после заседания политического совета партии, состоявшегося в начале этой недели в Тбилиси.

Бакрадзе сказал, что ближайшая задача партии - быть ближе к людям, выслушать их проблемы и обсудить с ними, как им можно помочь или же улучшить их жизнь и продвинуть страну вперед.

"Мы должны быть как можно ближе к людям", - сказал Бакрадзе.

Лидер «Европейской Грузии» добавил, что в ближайшее время партийные лидеры отправяться по всей Грузии, посетят каждый район, каждый город и каждую деревню, чтобы встретиться с людьми и услышать их проблемы.

Бакрадзе долгое время был спикером грузинского парламента и был кандидатом на недавних президентских выборах, где он занял третье место.

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has called for the immediate release of all political prisoners in Georgia in a declaration adopted during the Assembly’s 32nd annual session held in Porto, Portugal on 3 July. The declaration expressed alarm over the developments since the parliamentary elections held on 26 October last year including reports of arbitrary detentions, violence and ill-treatment of protesters, opposition leaders and media representatives, as documented by civil society organizations and the Public Defender of Georgia. The declaration also called for new elections to be held in Georgia.
