1News.az: МИД Ирана призывает к углублению отношений с Азербайджаном

Иран и Азербайджан имеют хорошие отношения в различных областях, которые необходимо развивать.

Об этом, как предает 1news.az со ссылкой на посольство Ирана, сказал на пресс-конференции официальный представитель МИД Ирана Рамин Мехманпараст.

Мехманпараст также коснулся вопроса предстоящих президентских выборов в Азербайджане.

«Проведение президентских выборов в Азербайджане является показателем роли азербайджанского народа в управлении своей страной. Мы надеемся, что азербайджанский народ примет активное участие в этих выборах», - сказал он, добавив, что Иран желает хороших отношений с соседями.

Также Мехманпараст коснулся вопроса т.н. «анти-иранских движений» в Азербайджане.

«Мы считаем подобные явления провокацией и призываем официальных лиц обеих стран приложить совместные усилия для предотвращения нанесения ущерба хорошим отношениям между нашими странами», - отметил он.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
