Глава Европарламента: Интеграция Турции в ЕС возможна лишь после признания ею Геноцид армян

Интеграция Турции в Евросоюз возможна лишь после принятия Анкарой Геноцида армян. Об этом заявил председатель Европарламента Мартин Шульц, передает <Аспарез> со ссылкой на официальный сайт партии Левых Германии. По его словам, признание Турцией Геноцида армян станет предпосылкой для ее входа в европейскую семью.

Отметим, что с подобным заявлением Шульц выступил во время встречи с министром Турции по вопросам интеграции в ЕС Эгеменом Багишем. Однако впоследствии Багиш во время встречи с журналистами отказался ответить на вопросы, касающиеся Геноцида армян.
