Армянская разведка работает исправно, и согласно ее данным, подготовка к непосредственному военному конфликту против Армении и НКР в Азербайджане не ведется. Об этом заявил 15 октября на пресс-конференции начальник управления по боевой подготовке Вооруженных сил РА, генерал-майор Ишхан Матевосян.

"Ни одна война не начинается спонтанно, внезапно. К ней нужно готовиться тщательно и скрупулезно, что, разумеется, требует длительного времени. В настоящее время наши данные говорят о том, что такой подготовки в соседней стране не ведется. А воинственные заявления Баку предусмотрены, в первую очередь, для внутренней аудитории. В случае военных действий, я уверен, что армянская армия будет готова дать адекватный ответ", - отметил он.

Комментируя угрозы азербайджанских властей уничтожить любое воздушное судно, направляющееся в Степанакерт, генерал подчеркнул, что теоретически такие возможности у Азербайджана есть, но в то же время и армянская сторона не сидит, сложа руки. "В целом, конечно, вопрос безопасности авиарейсов в Степанакерт нужно рассматривать в правовом, дипломатическом аспектах. Мы, военные, не можем вмешиваться в эти процессы, но, в то же время, мы свое дело очень хорошо знаем", - подчеркнул Матевосян.

Напомним, официальный Баку неоднократно заявлял, что любой самолет, отправляющийся в Степанакерт, будет уничтожен. Недавно к агрессивной риторике своего "младшего брата" присоединилась и Турция, заявившая, что в случае, если Армения начнет осуществлять полеты в Нагорно-Карабахскую Республики, Турция может закрыть свое воздушное пространство для нее.

Между тем, ранее американский исследовательский центр IMINT обнародовал спутниковые фотографии российских и армянских систем ПВО в регионе. Согласно докладу, в 2010 году Россия разместила дополнительную пару С-300 в провинции Сюник рядом c Горисом и селом Кагнут, обе батареи  в семи километрах от границы с Нагорным Карабахом. Развертывание там  С-300 берет  под защиту ПВО Армении весь регион Нагорного Карабаха. IMINT также отмечает, что расположенные там C-300 могут также прикрывать аэропорт возле Степанакерта. Кроме того, при такой дислокации С-300 закрывает существующий воздушный  зазор и позволяет Армении блокировать воздушное сообщение Азербайджана  с Нахиджеваном.

Germany accuses Russia of cyberattacks and disinformation campaign

The German government holds Russia responsible for a cyberattack on German air traffic control, and for targeted disinformation campaigns before the last federal election. According to the German Foreign Office in Berlin, the incidents could be clearly attributed to the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU. In response, the Russian ambassador to Berlin was summoned to the Foreign Ministry. "We have been observing a massive increase in threatening hybrid activities by Russia for some time now," a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry stated. These range from disinformation campaigns and espionage to cyberattacks and sabotage attempts. The aim is to divide society, sow distrust, and undermine confidence in democratic institutions. The spokesperson added that with these actions, Russia is "very concretely threatening our security, not only through its war of aggression against Ukraine, but also here in Germany."  The Foreign Ministry spokesperson explained that the cyberattack on air traffic control in August 2024 was clearly attributed to the hacker collective "APT28," known as "Fancy Bear," and to the responsibility of the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU. Furthermore, it could now be "conclusively stated" that Russia had attempted "to influence and destabilize both the last Federal election and the ongoing internal affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany." There was "absolutely irrefutable evidence" for this". The so-called "Storm 1516" campaign, which has been running since 2024, is allegedly backed by "reliable information" that the Moscow-based think tank "Center for Geopolitical Expertise" is behind it. The Center is also said to be supported by Russian military intelligence. Its primary aim is to influence democratic elections in the West. (Click the image to read more).
