Увеличение военного бюджета Азербайджана связанно с крупномасштабным отмыванием денег в оборонной сфере этой страны этой страны. Об этом 18 октября на пресс-конференции в Ереване заявил азербайджановед Саркис Асатрян.

"Большая часть денег, которая выделяется на военный бюджет уходит в карманы определенных чиновников. Все отрабатывается по известной схеме, покупается старая и дешевая военная техника, которая регистрируется, как новая и сверх современная ",- подчеркнул эксперт.
По словам Асатряна, коррупционные явления в МО Азербайджана только на руку Армении, так как ослабление Баку еще больше укрепляет позиции Еревана.

Отметим, что военный бюджет Азербайджана составляет порядка $3 миллиона.
