Президент Армении поблагодарил баронессу Кокс за ее поддержку. Британский парламентарий отстаивает права карабахских армян.

Президент Армении Серж Саргсян выразил благодарность британскому парламентарию баронессе Керолайн Кокс за ее долгосрочную поддержку Армении и Нагорного Карабаха, а также за ее гуманитарную деятельность и усилия, направленные на укрепление армяно-британских отношений. Президент принял баронессу Кокс во время ее визита в Ереван.

Президент подчеркнул, что армянский народ испытывает особые чувства к своим друзьям, и выразил уверенность, что имя баронессы Керолайн Кокс войдет в историю одним из первых в качестве самого большого друга армян. Президент Саргсян и баронесса Кокс обсудили текущие реформы в Армении, приоритеты Армении и развитие сотрудничества Армения-ЕС и подчеркнули необходимость обеспечить международное сообщество объективной и полной информацией по карабахскому вопросу.
