МККК в Армении навестили пленного азербайджанского солдата. Солдат был схвачен на прошлой неделе, когда он пересек территорию Армении.

Представители Международного Комитета Красного Креста (МККК) навестили азербайджанского солдата, который на прошлой неделе был захвачен в плен армянскими вооруженными силами, заявившие, что он пересек армянскую границу. Обстоятельства инцидента неизвестны, и пока не ясно, оказался ли солдат на территории Армении по ошибке, или же он был схвачен во время проведения военной операции.

МККК недавно завершил сложную миссию, после которой все солдаты Азербайджана и Армении, которые находились в качестве военнопленных были либо обменены, либо переправлены в третьи страны. МККК пользуется большим уважением обеих сторон конфликта и его работа высоко оценена. Ожидается, что скоро начнется процесс возвращения захваченного в плен азербайджанского солдата, но это может занять много времени.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
