Азербайджанские борцы завоевали две золотые медали в последние дни Олимпиады.

Азербайджанские борцы завоевали две золотые медали в последние дни Олимпийских Игр в Лондоне, чем порадовали свой народ и подняли сборную Азербайджана на 30-е место в общей таблице медалей.

Тогрул Аскеров, выступающий в категорий 60 кг в вольной борьбе, завоевал первое золото Азербайджана победив в финале российского борца Бесика Кудухова. Другой борец Шариф Шарифов позднее в субботу завоевал вторую золотую медаль для Азербайджана. Успех Азербайджана в борьбе привел в восторг его народ.

Лондонская Олимпиада 2012 года подошла к последнему дню сегодня, к церемонии закрытия, которую рекламируют в настоящее время, как "большую вечеринку".

Команды из Армении, Азербайджана и Грузии приняли участие в играх с некоторым успехом. Помимо двух золотых медалей Азербайджан также завоевал две серебряные и пять бронзовых медалей. Грузия имеет одну золотую, три серебряные и две бронзовые, и Армения завоевала одну серебряную и две бронзовые медали.

In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
