АНДЖЕЙ КАСПШИК 16-й РАЗ НАЗНАЧЕН СПЕЦ ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЕМ ОБСЕ

Действующий председатель ОБСЕ, министр иностранных дел и внешней торговли Ирландии, Имон Гилмор, назначил специальных и личных представителей.

Как сообщает АПА, мандат посла Анджея Каспшика, личного представителя действующего председателя ОБСЕ по конфликту, являющемуся предметом рассмотрения на Минской конференции ОБСЕ, снова был продлен еще на год. Анджей Каспшик занимает этот пост с 1997 года.

Каспшик за эти годы обеспечивал непрерывность процесса МГ ОБСЕ.

Как передает АПА, ранее сообщалось, что посол Патрик Мерфи был назначен специальным представителем председателя ОБСЕ на Южном Кавказе.

Назначения пришлись перед встречей постоянного совета ОБСЕ в Вене 12 января в ходе которого страна председатель Ирландия представит свои приоритеты на 2012 год.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
