АРФ Дашнакцутюн:

Избрание лидера Социалистической партии Франсуа Олланда на пост нового президента Франции гарантирует сохранение хороших дружественных отношений с Арменией. Об этом корреспонденту АрмИнфо заявил глава офиса Ай Дата и политических вопросов АРФ Дашнакцутюн Киро Маноян.

Говоря о дружественных отношениях между АРФД и Социалистической партией Франции, а также неоднократных в прошлом визитах Олланда в Ереван по приглашению руководства АРФД, Маноян напомнил: "У партии Дашнакцутюн есть соглашение с Социалистической партией Франции о сотрудничестве, и в этих выборах партия Дашнакцутюн во Франции поддержала кандидатуру Франсуа Олланда".

Повторив, что избрание Олланда гарантирует дружественные отношения с Арменией, Маноян подчеркнул, в частности, что это касается также вопроса Геноцида армян. "Олланд уже заявил, что намерен заново представить законопроект о криминализации отрицания Геноцида армян во Франции. Этот вопрос был инициирован изначально Социалистической партией еще 10 лет назад. Новый законопроект учтет замечания Конституционного Совета Франции, аннулировавшего законопроект о криминализации отрицания геноцида армян, представленный предыдущим президентом Николя Саркози", - отметил политик.

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has called for the immediate release of all political prisoners in Georgia in a declaration adopted during the Assembly’s 32nd annual session held in Porto, Portugal on 3 July. The declaration expressed alarm over the developments since the parliamentary elections held on 26 October last year including reports of arbitrary detentions, violence and ill-treatment of protesters, opposition leaders and media representatives, as documented by civil society organizations and the Public Defender of Georgia. The declaration also called for new elections to be held in Georgia.
