ВСТРЕЧА В КАЗАНИ ЗАКАНЧИВАЕТСЯ РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЕМ

После встречи в Казани, было выпущено следующее заявление:

Президенты Азербайджана, Армении и Российской Федерации встретились 24 июня 2011 года в Казани и рассмотрели ход работы, проводимой по их поручению в целях согласования проекта Основных принципов нагорно-карабахского урегулирования.

Главы государств констатировали достижение взаимопонимания по ряду вопросов, решение которых способствует созданию условий для одобрения Основных принципов.

Президенты Азербайджана и Армении выразили признательность лидерам России, США и Франции в качестве стран-сопредседателей Минской группы ОБСЕ за их постоянное внимание к проблеме нагорно-карабахского урегулирования и высоко оценили личные усилия Президента Российской Федерации по содействию достижению договорённостей.

Наблюдатели охарактеризовали встречу как разочарование, но обратите внимание, что стороны зарегистрировали определенный прогресс в переговорах.

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas has ended her official visit to Armenia after signing a partnership agreement with authorities in Yerevan. Following talks with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, a joint press conference was held in which the media was briefed about an agreement outlining Armenia’s participation in the European Union’s Common Security and Defence Policy crisis management operations. According to Kallas, the document envisions Armenia’s participation in EU missions around the world.
