15 сентября: Президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев подписал постановление, разрешающее финансирование образования внутренне перемещенных лиц из государственного бюджета, которые получают образование в государственных высших учебных заведениях Азербайджана.

Borrell underlined that the European Union will make every effort to support the peace process and to remain a committed partner to the Afghan people.
