Степанакерт прогнозирует бездействия в процессе урегулирования до 2014 года

СТЕПАНАКЕРТ: Пресс-секретарь президента Нагорного Карабаха заявил информагенству News-NEWS.am: Переговоры по карабахской проблеме в ближайшие три года войдут в пассивную фазу

Он отметил, что оптимистические прогнозы относительно казанской встречи президентов вызывали некоторое сомнение на фоне неконструктивной позиции Баку. Однако, как подчеркнул Бабаян, все эти оптимистические заявления сопредседателей направлены на подержание переговорного процесса.

«Эти оценки, следующие им комментарии, поддерживают переговорный процесс, и сопредседатели Минской группы ОБСЕ отлично осознают это»,- отметил он, подчеркнув при этом, что переговорный процесс по урегулированию карабахского конфликта в 2012, 2013 и 2014 годах войдет в пассивную фазу.
