Автобус с российскими военными упал в пропасть, в результате чего погибло 6 человек.

В пресс-службе Министерства обороны России сообщили о гибели шести человек и еще 16 получивших травмы в результате ДТП в Южной Осетии. Как сообщается авария произошла ранним утром в 8:40 мск на горной дороге Цхинвал - Канчавети. Автобус, перевозивший российских военных упал в пропасть. Причиной аварии стало отказ тормозной системы у автобуса.

"Автобус перевозил офицеров объединения, привлекаемых на учебно-методические сборы командного состава батальонного звена, к местам проведения занятий. В результате дорожно-транспортного происшествия шесть офицеров погибли, 16 получили травмы. Все пострадавшие военнослужащие оперативно доставлены в медицинские учреждения города Цхинвал, где им оказывается вся необходимая помощь", - сообщает пресс-служба Минобороны РФ.

Для оказания помощи и перевозки пострадавших в московские госпитали в регион был направлен самолет с медиками.
