Подготовка к встрече президентов Ильхама Алиева, Дмитрия Медведева и Сержа Саргсяна в Казани проходит на высоком уровне.

Как сообщает 1news.az, об этом заявил заведующий отделом по общественно-политическим вопросам Администрации Президента Азербайджанской Республики Али Гасанов.

«На днях состоялась встреча глав МИД трех стран, где была обсуждена подготовка к казанской встрече и вопросы, которые будут на ней обсуждены», - сообщил А.Гасанов.

Он также сказал,  что c данной встречей связаны серьезные ожидания.

«Мы считаем, что пришло время для серьезного продвижения в армяно-азербайджанском, нагорно-карабахском конфликте. Если принять во внимание, что президенты стран-сопредседателей МГ ОБСЕ выступили с заявлением, в котором они высказали свои пожелания по урегулированию конфликта, то это создает возможности для урегулирования конфликта», - сказал А.Гасанов.

Также он отметил, что урегулирование конфликта зависит не только от Азербайджана, но и от Армении, которая уже много лет занимает неконструктивную позицию.

«Мы неоднократно были свидетелями нарушения армянской стороной согласованных вопросов, что задерживало процесс переговоров», - сказал Али Гасанов.

The talks come the day after both attended a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the nearby Chinese city of Tianjin, and the day before a grand Chinese military parade in Beijing to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
