В Баку проходит очередной этап Формулы 1

В эти выходные в Баку проходит очередной этап гонок Формулы-1. Гонка достигнет кульминации в воскресенье, когда после церемонии открытия и парада пилотов начнется Гран При Формулы-1 Азербайджана, по трассе, которая пролегает по некоторым из самых знаковых достопримечательностей Баку.

В субботу, в Баку, завершился этап квалификации болидов F1 Гран При Формулы 1 SOCAR Азербайджан. Согласно результатам этапа квалификации пилот команды "Mercedes" Валттери Боттас занял первое место. Другой пилот команды "Mercedes" Льюис Хэмилтон занял второе место, а пилот "Ferrari" Себастьян Феттель третье место. По результатам этапа квалификации, определится расположение пилотов на главной гонке, которая пройдет завтра.

В гонке всего участвуют десять команд, каждая представленна двумя гонщиками.

Протяженность Бакинской трассы составляет чуть более шести километров.

Старт и Финиш расположены на площади Азадлыг.

В выходные дни отели Баку были переполнены поклониками Формулы-1, прибывшими со всего мира.

The Thai government said it had been told by Malaysia that Cambodian Prime Minister Hum Manet would also attend. At least 33 soldiers and civilians have been killed while thousands of Thai and Cambodian nationals have been displaced since border fighting broke out on 24 July.
