ЕС выделит Тбилиси 3,4 млн. евро

Как сообщает новостной сайт Civil.ge, Еврокомиссия заявила, что намеревается выделить Тбилиси около 3 млн. евро для обеспечения долгосрочным жильем пострадавших в результате паводка, произошедшего в ночь с 13 на 14 июня.

Еврокомиссия также обеспечит гуманитарную помощь в размере 400 000 евро для оказания помощи наиболее пострадавшим от паводка семьям. Это финансирование поможет Красному кресту Грузии и неправительственным организациям в оказании помощи пострадавшим, в том числе, продовольствием, бытовыми товарами, одеялами и кухонными комплектами, а также в поставке пострадавшим воды, санитарных и гигиенических средств и медицинской помощи, - заявила Еврокомиссия 16 июня.

«Евросоюз поддерживает грузинский народ и готов оказать помощь пострадавшим в Тбилиси семьям в восстановлении их домов и в начале новой жизни. Мы выражаем солидарность пострадавшим от стихии и данная помощь является выражением этого», - заявил еврокомиссар по вопросам соседской политики и расширения Йоханнес Хан.
