Путин и Лукашенко встретятся в Сочи

Президент России Владимир Путин встретится сегодня (14 сентября) в Сочи с президентом Белоруссии Александром Лукашенко. В центре внимания - продолжающиеся акции протеста в белорусской столице Минске и совместные военные учения России с белорусскими войсками в Беларуси. Лидеры двух стран обсудят текущее состояние и перспективы двустороннего сотрудничества в различных сферах.

Совместные военные учения с белорусскими войсками пройдут на следующей неделе с 20 по 25 сентября. По сообщению Минобороны России, в учениях будет задействовано десантное подразделение.

В воскресенье (13 сентября) тысячи людей снова вышли на демонстрацию в Минске с требованием отставки президента Лукашенко. Площадь Независимости города была перекрыта колючей проволокой.

Поездка в Сочи станет первым зарубежным визитом Лукашенко после президентских выборов в августе и последовавших за ними массовых протестов.
