Эрдоган и Трамп обсудили двусторонние и региональные проблемы

Как сообщил официальный представитель президента Турции Ибрагим Калин, в четверг состоялся телефонный разговор между президентом Турции Реджепом Тайип Эрдоганом и его коллегой президентом США Дональдом Трампом. Стороны обсудили двусторонние и региональные вопросы.

"Президент Дональд Трамп в телефонном разговоре с президентом Турции Реджепом Тайипом Эрдоганом подтвердил важность прочных отношений между Соединенными Штатами и Турцией, как союзников по НАТО и как стратегических партнеров. Стороны обменялись мнениями по региональным событиям", - говорится в заявлении Белого дома.

В заявлении также сказано, что оба лидера выразили готовность продолжать усилия по активизации сотрудничества по общим стратегическим задачам и решению проблем обеих стран, которые затрагивают двусторонние отношения.
