Армения вспоминает жертв Геноцида

Армения и армяне всего мира сегодня отмечают День геноцида армян.

Политическое и религиозное руководство страны сегодня утром посетило мемориал Цицернакаберд, чтобы выразить свое почтение жертвам злодеяний, совершенных в Анатолии в начале 20-го века, в результате которых погибло большое количество армян, живших в Османской империи.

Церемония проходит в дождливом Ереване, в несколько иной форме, чем обычно, из-за коронавируса. Обычно в таких случаях официальные лица собираются на церемонию, но в этом году каждый прибыл отдельно.

Под аккомпанемент живого фортепиано они возложили венки к мемориалу, а затем красные розы к вечному огню.

Министр иностранных дел Армении Зохраб Мнацаканян выступил со специальным посланием, чтобы отметить это событие.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
