Замминистра иностранных дел Армении:

Несмотря ни на что, выборы в Нагорно-Карабахской Республике проводились и будут проводиться. Об этом сегодня заявил заместитель министра иностранных дел РА Зограб Мнацаканян в ходе обсуждения доклада "Жить вместе. Многообразие и свобода в Европе 21в.".

"В основе становления демократических институтов заложено проведение выборов. Вне зависимости от неопределенности статуса НКР, Карабах сегодня строит эти основы в рамках всеобщей системы европейских ценностей", - подчеркнул З. Мнацаканян.

По его словам, проводимые Нагорным Карабахом выборы противоречат ситуации в Азербайджане, где проблема становления демократических институтов и системы ценностей наиболее заостренна, чем НКР.

The United States and Ukraine have signed a minerals deal after a two-month delay, in what President Donald Trump's administration called a new form of US commitment to Kyiv after the end of military aid.
