Саргсян в Москве; Парламент Армении ратифицировал соглашение, которое дает Газпрому монополию на газовом рынке Армении до 2043 года.

Президент Армении Серж Саргсян находится в Москве, где во вторник примет участие в заседании Высшего совета Евразийского экономического Союза. Армения совсем недавно решила присоединиться к эмбриональной структуре, которую Россия надеется превратить в экономическую силу в Евразии.

По отбытию президента Саргсяна в Москву парламент Армении ратифицировал соглашение, достигнутое ранее с Россией, по которому  Армения продает свои 20% акций в газораспределительной компании АрмРосГазпром российскому энергетическому гиганту Газпрому, который уже владеет большинством акций. Соглашение также предусматривает монополию АрмРосгазпрома на газовом рынке Армении до 2043 года. Оппозиционные партии бойкотировали голосование в парламенте Армении, но в итоге его ратифицировали с 71 голосом за. 

Демонстранты ранее устроили акцию протеста на входе в парламент, выкрикивая в адрес депутатов слова "предатели" и "рабы".
