Азербайджан готовится к референдуму по внесению изменений в Конституцию страны (Обновлено)

Во вторник стало известно о решении президента Алиева о назначении даты проведения референдума об утверждении конституционных изменений, в том числе продливающих срок полномочий президента и создании новых должностей первого вице-президента и вице-президентов 26 сентября 2016 года.

Как ожидается, президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев в скором времени назначит дату проведения референдума об утверждении конституционных изменений, в том числе о продлений срока полномочий президента и создании новых должностей первого вице-президента и вице-президентов. В понедельник Конституционный суд Азербайджана своим решением открыл путь для проведения референдума, заявив, что конституционные изменения, которые были инициированы президентом соответствуют Конституции Азербайджана.

Заседание Конституционного суда проходило под председательством председателя суда судьи Фархада Абдуллаева.
