Карабах в центре внимания в Таллине. Мониторинговый комитет ПАСЕ провел специальные слушания по нерешенным конфликтам на Южном Кавказе.

Комиссия по соблюдению обязанностей и обязательств государствами-членами Совета Европы (Комиссия по мониторингу) Парламентской ассамблеи Совета Европы (ПАСЕ) сегодня проводет слушания по неразрешенным конфликтам на Южном Кавказе. Встреча пройдет в эстонском парламенте под председательством эстонского парламентария Андреса Херкеля.

Отдельная сессия будет посвящена нагорно-карабахскому конфликту. На сессии выступят Сабина Фрейзер, директор европейских программ Международной кризисной группы, Деннис Саммут, исполнительный директор LINKS, содокладчики по Армении - Аксель Е. Фишер (Германия, ЕНП / ХД) и Джон Прескотт (Соединенное Королевство, СОЦ), содокладчики по Азербайджану - Педро Аграмунт (Испания, ЕНП / ХД) и Джозеф Дебоно Грех (Мальта, СОЦ).
