Фракция АРФ "Дашнакцутюн" считает необходимым заключение межгосударственного договора между НКР и РА

С учетом перехода процесса урегулирования азербайджано-карабахского конфликта в новый этап и продолжения на этом фоне президентом Азербайджана агрессивной политики, в частности, пытающегося представить все армянство в качестве врагов Азербайджана, необходимо заключение между НКР и Арменией межгосударственного договора. Подобное мнение выразил на заседании парламента НКР руководитель фракции АРФ "Дашнакцутюн" Национального собрания Нагорно-Карабахской Республики Армен Саркисян.

Как сообщает собкор АрмИнфо в Степанакерте, по мнению представителя АРФД, принятие указанного документа позволит укрепить безопасность армянства НКР, поднять де-юре на новый уровень межгосударственные отношения НКР и РА. Инициаторы также считают, что это станет серьезным стимулом для процесса международного признания НКР.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
