Мировые державы достигли соглашения с Ираном об ограничении иранской ядерной деятельности в обмен на снятие международных экономических санкций.

Президент США Барак Обама заявил, что соглашение "отрезает любой возможный путь к овладеванию ядерным оружием" для Ирана.

Хасан Роухани, сообщил, что открыта "новая глава" в отношениях Ирана с миром.

Соглашение, как сообщается, дает инспекторам ООН обширный, но не автоматический доступ к объектам в Иране.

Переговоры между Ираном и шестью мировыми державами - США, Великобритания, Франция, Китай и Россия плюс Германия - начались в 2006 году.

Так называемая группа P5+1 требовала от Ирана свернуть ее активную ядерную программу для того, чтобы предотвратить создание ядерного оружия.

Иран, который желал снятия парализующих международных санкции, всегда настаивал на том, что его ядерная программа носила мирный характер.

Обама заявил, что соглашение "принесет стабильность и безопасность миру", и что оно предусматривает строгий режим контроля его выполнения. "Это соглашение не строится на доверии - оно построино на контроле," сказал он.

Глава внешнеполитического ведомства ЕС Федерика Могерини заявила, что соглашение дает "надежду всему миру".

"Это решение может открыть путь к новой главе в международных отношениях", сказала она, впереди заключительное заседание между переговорщиками в Вене.
