1News.az: Акционеры TAP и члены консорциума «Шах-Дениз» подписали соглашение

Между акционерами Трансадриатического трубопровода (TAP) - Axpo, Statoil и E.ON и членами консорциума «Шах-Дениз» (SOCAR, BP и Total) заключено акционерное соглашение.

Как передает 1news.az со ссылкой на официальный сайт TAP, в соглашении оговорены условия управления TAP расширенной группой акционеров в составе Statoil, E.ON, Axpo, SOCAR, BP и Total.

Предусматривается, что соглашение вступит в силу сразу, как только TAP будет выбран акционерами «Шах-Дениз» в качестве маршрута транспортировки азербайджанского газа в Европу. Акционерам будет принадлежать 50% участия.


Трансадриатический трубопровод (TAP) протяженностью 520 км предназначен для транспортировки газа из Каспийского региона и с Ближнего Востока в Европу. Газопровод будет начинаться в Греции, пройдет через территорию Албании и Адриатическое море в Италию и далее в Западную Европу. Проект направлен на повышение безопасности поставок и диверсификацию поставок газа на европейские рынки.

TAP откроет новый так называемый Южный газовый коридор в Европу и обеспечит рынки сбыта для природного газа из региона Каспийского моря и Ближнего Востока. Проект предназначен для повышения возможностей транспортировки с 10 до 20 млрд. кубометров в год в зависимости от пропускной способности. В рамках проекта TAP также предусматривается расширение возможностей хранения природного газа в Албании, чтобы гарантировать безопасность поставок в течение плановых остановок поставок газа.

Проект TAP поддерживается Евросоюзом, который относит TAP к числу трансъевропейских транспортных магистралей в соответствии со своей энергетической политикой. Еврокомиссия отнесла проект к разряду соединительных трубопроводов ЕС. Дальнейшая реализация проекта TAP будет осуществляться в соответствии с политикой ЕС в сфере транспортировки газа.

Ожидается, что консорциум «Шах-Дениз» примет окончательное решение о выборе маршрута транспортировки азербайджанского газа в Европу в середине 2013 года.

A consensus has emerged during COP 30, currently being held in Belan, Brazil, that COP 31 will be held in the Turkish city of Antalya, in 2026. In 2026 Turkiye will host another global event, the NATO leaders summit. Turkiye is set to host COP31 after reaching compromise with Australia.  The COP31 climate meeting is now expected to be held in Turkey after Australia dropped its bid to host the annual event. Under the UN rules, the right to host the COP in 2026 falls to a group of countries made up of Western Europe, Australia and others. A consensus must be reached but neither country had been willing to concede. Australia has now agreed to support the Turkish bid in return for their minister chairing the talks following negotiations at COP30, currently being held in Brazil. This unusual arrangement has taken observers by surprise. It is normal for a COP president to be from the host country and how this new partnership will work in practice remains to be seen. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has called the compromise with Turkey an "outstanding result" in an interview with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), noting Pacific issues would be "front and centre". He added that he had spoken to Papua New Guinea Prime Minister James Marape and Prime Minister Rabuka of Fiji. There will be relief among countries currently meeting at COP30 in the Brazilian city of Belém that a compromise has been reached as the lack of agreement on the venue was becoming an embarrassment for the UN.
