Азербайджан заявляет об убитом снайпером солдате; Армения отрицает. Число жертв на линии фронта резко возросло в последние месяцы т.к. усилия по возобновлению мирных переговоров между двумя сторонами зашли в тупик.

В пресс-службе Министерства обороны Азербайджана сообщили, что на линии соприкосновения, разделяющей армянские и азербайджанские силы, 10 марта был убит солдат. В пресс-службе сообщили, что 19-летний Али Ильхам Абилов был убит в результате нарушения режима прекращения огня на линии соприкосновения в Физулинском районе. Он был призван из Ширванского региона Азербайджана. Несмотря на то, что убитый солдат из Ширвана, он, как ожидается, будет похоронен в Сумгаите, где живут его родители.

Министерство обороны Армении отрицает любые нарушения режима прекращения огня.

In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
