Армянские лидеры проинспектировали "линию соприкосновения"

Пресс-служба президента Армении сообщила, что президент Армении Серж Саргсян в сопровождении главы самопровозглашенной Нагорно-Карабахской Республики Бако Саакяна, 3 января посетили войска в районе Мартуни в Нагорном Карабахе. Пресс-служба опубликовала фотографии двух армянских лидеров, одетых в военную форму, ведущих наблюдение военных позиций на "линии соприкосновения", разделяющей армянские и азербайджанские силы.

Согласно тому же источнику, два лидера позже посетили ряд воинских частей, ознакомились с жизнью и бытом военнослужащих. В тот же день Бако Саакян и Серж Саргсян приняли участие в церемонии официального открытия нового спортивного комплекса "Саят-Нова" в областном центре Мартуни.
