Турция дефилирует по подиуму в качестве модели, но держать себя на нем не умеет.
Как передает корреспондент АрмИнфо, подобное мнение сегодня выразил политический обозреватель стамбульской газеты Taraf Озгюн Озчер в ходе круглого стола "Армяно- турецкие протоколы спустя 2 года: Освещение в СМИ и общественное восприятие".  Мероприятие проходит в Армении в курортном местечке Агверан.


По его словам, Турцию в качестве модели своеобразной восточной демократии в первую очередь воспринимают западные СМИ. В глазах запада правящая в Турции Партия справедливости и развития старается балансировать и лавировать между исламистами и кемалистами, соблюдая тем самым более или менее приемлемый для турецкого общества уровень демократии. Однако, по мнению эксперта, проявляя излишнюю самоуверенность, Турция совершила коренной разворот от провозглашенной политики "ноль проблем с соседями" в сторону угроз соседям.


"Один лишь данный фактор уже не позволяет Турции выступать в роли модели", - сказал обозреватель, подчеркнув в этом контексте угрозы Турции, как минимум, в адрес двух соседей - Кипра и Сирии.
Напомним, что в мероприятии принимают участие эксперты и журналисты из Турции и Армении.
