Сопредседатели Минской группы ОБСЕ вскоре посетят Анкару

Сопредседатели Минской группы ОБСЕ в понедельник 18 июля посетят Анкару, и проинформируют Турцию о текущих переговорах по урегулированию нагорно-карабахского конфликта.

"Турция, как член Минской группы ОБСЕ, будет и впредь прилагать усилия для урегулирования нагорно-карабахского конфликта", сказал министр иностранных дел Турции Мевлют Чавушоглу в пятницу, в Баку, также заявив о своей поддержке мирного урегулирования.

"Мы стали свидетелями того, что провокационные действия и нарушения режима прекращения огня во время апрельских событий не дали никаких результатов," сказал Чавушоглу. Турция является близким союзником Азербайджана.

Министр иностранных дел Азербайджана Эльмар Мамедъяров также сказал, что он проинформировал турецкого коллегу о прогрессе в переговорах. "В качестве члена Минской группы ОБСЕ, Турция должна быть в курсе событий по урегулированию конфликта."
