Ни один документ не будет подписан на встрече Алиев-Саргсян - глава МИД Армении

Ни один документ не будет подписан на предстоящей встрече президентов Алиева и Саргсяна в июне, сообщил министр иностранных дел Армении в своем обращении к парламенту в четверг.

"Разговоры о подписании каких-либо документов не только преждевременны, но и бессмысленны. Нет никаких документом на подписание", сказал Эдвард Налбандян.

"Соглашение, достигнутое сторонами [в Вене 16 мая] в присутствии министра иностранных дел России, госсекретаря США и французского государственного секретаря, представлено в заявлении трех стран-сопредседателей. Оно могло бы быть пятисторонним, включая Армению и Азербайджан, но Азербайджан отказался присоединиться к заявлению, так что оно стало трехсторонним заявлением", сказал он.

Налбандян также отметил, что рабочие документы отмечают, что представители самопровозглашенной Нагорно-Карабахской Республики должны участвовать в будущих переговорах. "Нельзя подписывать какой-либо документ, соглашение, без участия НКР", сказал он.

Примерно в момент венских переговоров, правительство Армении допустило на рассмотрение законопроект в парламенте, который предполагал признание Нагорно-Карабахской Республики в качестве независимого государства.
