Путин наградил "Орденом Дружбы" министра иностранных дел Армении Эдварда Налбандяна

Президент России Владимир Путин наградил министра иностранных дел Армении Эдварда Налбандяна российским "Орденом Дружбы".

"Орден Дружбы" награждаются граждане России, а также иностранные граждане за особые заслуги в укреплении мира, дружбы, сотрудничества и взаимопонимания между народами.

В сообщений говорится, что решение о награждении было принято в знак признания "большого вклада в укрепление дружбы и сотрудничества с Российской Федерацией".

Налбандян возглавляет МИД Армении с 2008 года, практически все то времени, что Серж Саргсян является президентом Армении. В последнее время в армянской прессе ходили спекуляций о том, что Налбандян вскоре может отказаться от своего поста министра иностранных дел.
