Istituto Affari Internazionali в Риме опубликовал статью о будущем процесса МГ ОБСЕ

Ведущий итальянский аналитический центр по вопросам внешней политики Istituto Affari Internazionali, только что опубликовал доклад о будущем процессе карабахского урегулирования. Под заголовоком После Казани, определяющий момент для нагорно-карабахского мирного процесса, автор Дэннис Саммут, считает, что все достижения Минской группы ОБСЕ должны быть консолидированы и, что процесс должен открыть себя для более тщательного изучения и стать более прозрачным.

Автор говорит, что Минский процесс является инструментом дипломатии, а не веры и, как и любой другой инструмент, время от времени его необходимо затачивать.
