Грузия прекращает закупку газа у «Газпрома»

Грузия прекратит закупку газа у «Газпрома». Министр энергетики Грузии Каха Каладзе заявил, что до конца 2017 года никаких сделок по покупке российского газа не будет.

С апреля 2017 года Грузия полностью переключится на снабжение населения и предприятий газом из Азербайджана. Государственная нефтяная компания Азербайджана SOCAR и консорциум по разработке газоконденсатного месторождения Шах-Дениз являются основными поставщиками газа в Грузию. Таким образом, доля российского газа в общем объеме импорта составит четыре процента.

Грузия ежегодно потребляет около 2,5 млрд куб. м. газа. В последние годы на долю российского газа приходилось около 10% от общего объема поставок газа в страну.

В январе-марте 2017 года объем закупленного природного газа из России составил 100 миллионов кубометров.
