Грузия не будет продлевать чрезвычайное положение после 22 мая

Правительство Грузии не будет продлевать чрезвычайное положение, после его истечения 22 мая. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Георгий Гахария на заседании правительства в пятницу (15 мая).

Гахария заявил, что впоследствии он будет готов пойти в парламент и ответить на любые вопросы о поведении правительства во время чрезвычайного положения, которое действует с 23 марта, в рамках ответа правительства на борьбу с пандемией коронавируса.

Некоторые ограничения, однако, останутся в силе. Премьер-министр добавил:

"Я хотел бы подчеркнуть здесь, что это не означает, что введенные ограничения будут полностью и внезапно сняты. Это некоторые ограничения, которые эпидемиологи считают необходимыми для поддержания высокого уровня контроля риска, который мы имеем сегодня".

Считается, что Грузия успешно сдерживала пандемию коронавируса, благодаря чему число инфекций и смертей было одним из самых низких в Европе.
