НАТО стремится к "конструктивным отношениям" с Россией

НАТО стремится к "конструктивным отношениям" с Россией, заявил генеральный секретарь Йенс Столтенберг в преддверии саммита организации, который пройдет в следующем месяце в Варшаве. "Мы придерживаемся наших международных обязательств и соблюдаем Основополагающий акт Россия - НАТО. Мы больше не находимся в состоянии холодной войны", заявил Йенс Столтенберг немецкой газете Der Spiegel в субботу.

Официальные отношения между НАТО и Россией были прерваны после аннексии Крыма в феврале 2014 года, но в апреле этого года, впервые за два года, была проведена встреча Совета Россия-НАТО.

Касательно перспектив членства Грузии в НАТО, европейские державы опасаются предоставлять Грузии гарантии безопасности, которые заключены в "Статье 5" с учетом ситуации в Южной Осетии и Абхазии, поддерживаемые Россией, самопровозглашенные республики на суверенной территории Грузии, которые были признаны Россией после войны между Грузией и Россией в 2008 году.

In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
