В Армении вспоминают жертв геноцида

Армения и армянские общины по всему миру в воскресенье отметили 101-ю годовщину событий 1915 года, которые характеризуются как геноцид армян.

Президент Армении Серж Саргсян в сопровождении Католикоса Всех Армян Гарегина II и вместе с другими официальными лицами возложил цветы к вечному огню на Мемориале жертв Геноцида армян в Ереване. Армянские общины по всему миру отметили годовщину зверств в Анатолии 1915 года.

Католикос вместе с другими духовными служителями провели службу.

Тысячи людей, включая членов дипломатического корпуса, представителей армянских диаспор, и местных жителей прибывают к мемориалу на протяжении всего дня. Мероприятия по случаю годовщины также проходят в других частях мира.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
