Серан Оганян:

“Тот факт, что наши соседи имеют определенное количественное преимущество, не должен когда-либо волновать нас, поскольку мы почувствовали эту “разницу» еще с 88-ых гг. и во время масштабной войны 1992-94 гг. благодаря нашему боевому настрою,  моральным и волевым качествам, высокому уровню боеготовности солдат, нам удалось противопоставить наши способности их количественному преимуществу и одержать победу”, - заявил министр обороны Армении Сейран Оганян на встрече с участниками Всеармянского молодежного форума «Базе - 2011».

По его словам, этому количественному преимуществу Армения противопоставляет уровень нашей боеспособности. Только посредством боеспособности армянской армии можно опережать армии соседних государств. “Сегодня перед вооруженными силами Армении стоит задача добиться  первенства не с помощью «удовлетворительной» или «хорошей», а только отличной службы»,- отметил министр.

Министр также познакомил участников встречи с текущими работами в Вооруженных силах, со стратегией защиты, развития ВС, модернизации материально-технической базы.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
