Продолжение переговорного процесса по мирному урегулированию карабахского конфликта в настоящее время важно, как никогда. Об этом в Ереване в беседе с журналистами заявил помощник заместителя госсекретаря США по вопросам Европы и Евразии Эрик Рубин.  <Очень важно, чтобы стороны продолжили переговоры по урегулированию карабахского конфликта, и сейчас это более важно, чем когда-либо. В ходе моих предстоящих встреч я буду акцентировать внимание на этих вопросах >,- заявил Рубин.
Отметим, что, по мнению экспертов, переговорный процесс по урегулированию карабахского конфликта, после экстрадиции и помилования азербайджанского убийцы Рамиля Сафарова зашел в тупик.

Furthermore, at Vladimir Putin's initiative, the traditional informal meeting of the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States will take place in St. Petersburg on December 22. The Russian President will also hold bilateral discussions with the leaders of a number of countries.
