В Баку с официальным визитом прибыл премьер-министр Грузии

Премьер-министр Грузии Георгий Квирикашвили в понедельник прибыл с официальным визитом в Азербайджан, сообщает агентство Тренд.

В Международном аэропорту Гейдара Алиева, где развевались государственные флаги двух стран, в честь премьер-министра Грузии был выстроен почетный караул.

Позднее состоялась встреча премьер-министра Георгия Квирикашвили с президентом Азербайджана Ильхамом Алиевым.

Президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев в ходе встречи отметил, что инвестиционный климат у Грузии лучший и затронул некоторые сферы, в которых Грузия и Азербайджан успешно сотрудничают.

"Торговый оборот между Грузией и Азербайджаном растет из года в год, и Азербайджан является главной страной-инвестором Грузии, что свидетельствует о том, что инвестиционный климат в вашей стране является одним из лучших", - сказал Алиев.

Премьер-министр Грузии поблагодарил Алиева за теплый прием и подчеркнул динамику экономических отношений между двумя странами. Он сказал, что Азербайджан является особой стратегической страной для Грузии, и Грузия всегда поддерживала позицию Азербайджана в глобальных форматах.
