Лидер исламской революции аятолла Али Хаменеи обвинил "треугольник" врагов с Соединенными Штатами и Израилем, с одной стороны, и одну из богатых стран персийдского залива, с другой стороны, и анти-иранскую террористическую организацию моджахедов иранского народа или Моджахедин-э Халк, с третьей стороны, за последние несколько месяцев хаоса и насилия в Иране.

Об этом лидер исламской революции заявил во время встречи с большой группой людей из Кума в память 40-й годовщины восстания 9 января 1978 года в святом городе против деспотических монархических правителей того времени.
