Главы МИД Азербайджана и Армении встретились в Париже с МГ ОБСЕ.

Министры иностранных дел Армении и Азербайджана находятся в Париже на очередном раунде дискуссий по урегулированию нагорно-карабахского конфликта. Встреча проводиться под эгидой Минской группы ОБСЕ, представленной дипломатами от трех стран-сопредседателей, Франции, России и США.

Переговоры между двумя странами длятся уже на протяжении более чем двух десятилетий с очень небольшим прогрессом. Несмотря на то, что в период с 2008 по 2011 были сообщения о прогрессе в процессе, переговоры в прошлом годузашли в тупик. Посредники пытаются перезапустить этот процесс. Пока еще не ясно, состоится ли в Париже между министрами встреча лицом к лицу. Это будет зависеть от прогресса, достигнутого в отдельных встречах с посредниками.

В повестку дня включены вопросы возможной встречи президентов двух стран, и вопрос открытия аэропорта в Степанакерте.

LINKS Europe has successfully completed the first phase of its project to develop the Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue as part of its commitment within the EU4Peace III programme, funded by the European Union. In this first phase, which lasted from September 2024 to April 2025, LINKS Europe conducted an assessment of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and mobilised the personnel necessary for delivering the project output. LINKS Europe Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the chairs/co-chairs of the five thematic groups within the initiative.
