Джон Керри в преддвери саммита НАТО в Варшаве посетит Грузию

6-7 июля Государственный секретарь США Джон Керри перед саммитом НАТО в Варшаве посетит Грузию и Украину. Об этом также подвтердил посол США в Грузии Ян Келли вчера, 30 июня.

По словам официального представителя Госдепартамента Джона Кирби, в Тбилиси Джон Керри проведет встречу с премьер-министром Грузии, в ходе которой стороны обсудят широкий круг вопросов, включая поддержку США евроатлантических устремлений Грузии и проведение успешных выборов в октябре".

Также запланирована встреча с президентом Грузии и участие в заседании Комиссии по стратегическому партнерству между США-Грузией.

По словам Георгия Квирикашвили визит госсекретаря в преддверии саммита НАТО станет еще одним подтверждением поддержки европейской интеграции Грузии со стороны США.

"Мы, разумеется, с большой радостью ждем визита государственного секретаря США Джона Керри", - сказал он.
