Азербайджанская сторона не вывела миссию ОБСЕ на свои передовые рубежи

7 марта, согласно договоренности с властями Нагорно- Карабахской Республики, миссия ОБСЕ провела плановый мониторинг линии соприкосновения вооруженных сил НКР и Азербайджана вблизи населенного пункта Сейсулан Мартакертского района.

Как сообщили АрмИнфо в пресс-службе МИД НКР, с позиций Армии обороны НКР мониторинг осуществляли полевые помощники Личного представителя Действующего председателя (ЛПДП) ОБСЕ Антал Хердич (Венгрия) и Христо Христов (Болгария). С противоположной стороны наблюдение вели координатор офиса ОБСЕ Питер Кии (Великобритания), полевые помощники ЛПДП Уильям Прайор (Великобритания) и Мариус Пуодзиунас (Литва). В ходе мониторинга нарушений режима прекращения огня не зафиксировано. Однако азербайджанская сторона не вывела миссию ОБСЕ на свои передовые рубежи, на заранее согласованную точку, в результате чего мониторинговым группам ОБСЕ пришлось вести наблюдение с более отдаленной дистанции. Миссию наблюдения с карабахской стороны сопровождали представители министерства иностранных дел и министерства обороны НКР.

A Russia-appointed official in Ukraine’s occupied Luhansk region was quoted by AP on Monday saying that Moscow’s forces have overrun all of it, one of four regions Russia annexed from Ukraine in September 2022. If confirmed, it would make Luhansk the first Ukrainian region fully occupied by Russia after more than three years of war with international peace efforts led by the US failing to make progress on halting the fighting. Russian President Vladimir Putin has effectively rejected a ceasefire and hasn’t budged from his demands, which include Moscow’s control over the four illegally annexed regions.
