Армянский эксперт:

Формат Минской группы ОБСЕ может быть изменен. Такое мнение журналистам выразил руководитель Центра региональных исследований Ричард Киракосян.

По его словам, казанская встреча  президентов Армении, Азербайджана и России была последним шансом для Минской группы ОБСЕ, а не для сторон переговоров. «Ясно, что Минский процесс не работает. Теперь мы видим, какую роль может сыграть ЕС в вопросе поддержки Минской группы. Мы должны иметь больше ожиданий от Евросоюза», - отметил эксперт. Он выразил мнение о возможности по модификации Минской группы, что имеет отношение не столько с личным вкладом российского президента Дмитрия Медведева, сколько с возвращением Владимира Путина. «Единственной вовлеченной в этот процесс страной, политика которой может измениться, является Россия, что потенциально опасно для Армении», - заявил Киракосян.

According to Kallas, the document envisions Armenia’s participation in EU missions around the world.
