Алиев и Лефорт обсудили ситуацию вокруг карабахского конфликта. Специальный представитель ЕС на Южном Кавказе завершает очередной раунд визита в регион.

Специальный представитель ЕС по Южному Кавказу Филипп Лефорт, в пятницу (25 июля), встретился в Баку с президентом Азербайджана Ильхамом Алиевым. В ходе встречи стороны обсудили ситуацию вокруг нагорно-карабахского конфликта и процесс урегулирования. До этого визита специального представителя ЕС в регионе он также ранее в этом месяце посетил Ереван для встречи с руководством Армении.
