Военный эксперт: Для улучшения боеспособности азербайджанской армии одного Рамиля Сафарова недостаточно

Говорить о высокой вероятности агрессии Азербайджана против Армении и Нагорного Карабаха из-за ситуации с экстрадицией и помилованием азербайджанского убийцы Рамиля Сафарова, по меньшей мере, нелогично. Об этом заявил 7 сентября на пресс-конференции завил военный эксперт Давид Джамалян.

"Непонятно, что изменилось в азербайджанской армии после экстрадиции и помилования палача Сафарова, почему это все вдруг в один голос заговорили об опасности новой войны!? Для боевых действий в зоне карабахского конфликта, а точнее, агрессии со стороны Азербайджана нужно, в первую очередь, резкое изменение соотношения сил, чего, разумеется, не произойдет", - отметил Джамалян.

По его словам, Армия обороны Нагорно-Карабахской Республики - это серьезная боеспособная военная структура, с которой Баку не может не считаться. В составе армии, по словам эксперта, есть специально подготовленные группировки для контрнаступления и нанесения противнику мощного удара в случае необходимости. Более того, командование АО НКР проводит очень грамотную кадровую политику, периодическая ротация офицеров, их перемещение из одной воинской части в другую, постоянно проводимые военные учения способствуют улучшению навыков личного состава, повышению уровня боеспособности. Не отстает от общей тенденции и уровень комплектации, а также качество вооружения армии.

"Нужно обратить внимание еще на один на первый взгляд, незначительный, а на самом деле серьезный факт. Периодические диверсии с азербайджанской стороны совершаются спецотрядами, считающимися по их меркам элитой вооруженных сил и прошедшими отличную подготовку. Этих "отлично подготовленных" бойцов "встречают" наши общевойсковые подразделения - обычные военнослужащие, солдаты и офицеры. И как показывает опыт прошлых лет и месяцев, не просто "встречают", но и "провожают в последний путь". И именно здесь миф о непобедимости азербайджанской армии улетучиваются в один миг", - сказал Джамалян.

Turkiye to host COP31 in 2026

A consensus has emerged during COP 30, currently being held in Belan, Brazil, that COP 31 will be held in the Turkish city of Antalya, in 2026. In 2026 Turkiye will host another global event, the NATO leaders summit. Turkiye is set to host COP31 after reaching compromise with Australia.  The COP31 climate meeting is now expected to be held in Turkey after Australia dropped its bid to host the annual event. Under the UN rules, the right to host the COP in 2026 falls to a group of countries made up of Western Europe, Australia and others. A consensus must be reached but neither country had been willing to concede. Australia has now agreed to support the Turkish bid in return for their minister chairing the talks following negotiations at COP30, currently being held in Brazil. This unusual arrangement has taken observers by surprise. It is normal for a COP president to be from the host country and how this new partnership will work in practice remains to be seen. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has called the compromise with Turkey an "outstanding result" in an interview with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), noting Pacific issues would be "front and centre". He added that he had spoken to Papua New Guinea Prime Minister James Marape and Prime Minister Rabuka of Fiji. There will be relief among countries currently meeting at COP30 in the Brazilian city of Belém that a compromise has been reached as the lack of agreement on the venue was becoming an embarrassment for the UN.
