В Сочи проходит встреча Владимира Путина с Сержем Саргсяном (Обновлено 1)

Президент Армении Серж Саргсян находится в Сочи, где проводит встречу со своим российским коллегой Владимиром Путиным.

Перед началом переговоров президенты обменялись приветствиями перед СМИ. Приветствуя президента Армении, Владимир Путин сказал, что в этом году исполняется 25 лет со дня установления дипломатических отношений между двумя странами, и 20 лет с момента подписания ключевого договора о дружбе и стратегическом сотрудничестве.

"За это время отношения между Арменией и Россией самым серьёзным образом укрепились как между суверенными государствами. У нас поддерживается интенсивный политический диалог, идёт сотрудничество на двусторонней основе и в сфере экономики, и в сфере безопасности, военного дела. Мы активно взаимодействуем в рамках международных организаций и наших интеграционных объединений. Очень рад Вас видеть и поговорить по всему комплексу этих вопросов," - сказал Путин.

В ответ президент Саргсян поблагодарил Путина за приглашение на встречу и сказал:

Армяно-российские стратегические, союзнические отношения выделяются постоянным интенсивным диалогом на высшем уровне, широкой внешнеполитической координацией, конструктивным сотрудничеством на международных и региональных площадках, плодотворным сотрудничеством в области безопасности, военной и военно-технической сферах.

Интенсивно развиваются наши торгово-экономические отношения. В прошлом году мы имели 15-процентный рост нашего товарооборота. А за шесть месяцев - почти 24 процента. Постоянная связь между правительствами и парламентами наших стран. Постоянно развиваются межрегиональное сотрудничество и сотрудничество в гуманитарной сфере.

Конечно, этому способствуют постоянные посещения на самом высоком и высоком уровнях. В этом году президент Думы Российской Федерации, секретарь Совета безопасности посетил Армению, я находился с официальным визитом в Москве, нашем председателе парламента, премьер-министром. Мы ждем осени Председателя Правительства России в Армении, министра иностранных дел, министра промышленности и торговли Дениса Мантурова в составе большой делегации бизнесменов и государственных администраций в рамках Второго Интернационала Форум по евразийскому сотрудничеству. На днях состоялись встречи трех наиболее важных двусторонних комиссий - о военно-техническом сотрудничестве, торгово-экономическом и парламентском сотрудничестве.

В заключение президент Армении также поблагодарил своего российского коллегу за поддержку России в деле ликвидации недавних лесных пожаров в Армении.

Germany accuses Russia of cyberattacks and disinformation campaign

The German government holds Russia responsible for a cyberattack on German air traffic control, and for targeted disinformation campaigns before the last federal election. According to the German Foreign Office in Berlin, the incidents could be clearly attributed to the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU. In response, the Russian ambassador to Berlin was summoned to the Foreign Ministry. "We have been observing a massive increase in threatening hybrid activities by Russia for some time now," a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry stated. These range from disinformation campaigns and espionage to cyberattacks and sabotage attempts. The aim is to divide society, sow distrust, and undermine confidence in democratic institutions. The spokesperson added that with these actions, Russia is "very concretely threatening our security, not only through its war of aggression against Ukraine, but also here in Germany."  The Foreign Ministry spokesperson explained that the cyberattack on air traffic control in August 2024 was clearly attributed to the hacker collective "APT28," known as "Fancy Bear," and to the responsibility of the Russian military intelligence service, the GRU. Furthermore, it could now be "conclusively stated" that Russia had attempted "to influence and destabilize both the last Federal election and the ongoing internal affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany." There was "absolutely irrefutable evidence" for this". The so-called "Storm 1516" campaign, which has been running since 2024, is allegedly backed by "reliable information" that the Moscow-based think tank "Center for Geopolitical Expertise" is behind it. The Center is also said to be supported by Russian military intelligence. Its primary aim is to influence democratic elections in the West. (Click the image to read more).
